Former Congress MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy formally unveiled on Saturday the flag of “YSR Congress Party” at the burial place of his father Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy in Kadapa district’s Rajiv Knowledge Valley.
The blue-white-green flag contains the image of the late Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister in the centre, encircled by images of the various welfare schemes launched by him.
Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy, who quit the Congress as well as his Lok Sabha seat on November 29, 2010, alleging that the party “humiliated” his family, had then announced he would launch his own party.
