A movie on YSR and Jagan
A young upcoming film maker who is an ardent fan of Y S Jagan has decided to make a film on his life, his journey and the problems he faced after the demise of his father and former Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
Sriram an assistant director who is debuting as director now has titled his name 'Jagannayakudu' and delcared that the story of this film is inspired from Y S Jagan. The star cast and the technicians team for this movie is yet to be finalised.YSR fans are producing this movie.
"This film is inspired by the journey of Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and his son Jagan. We will incorporate all incidents that happened in the life of Jagan and the troubles he is being subject to by various political heavy weights" Sriram informed.
Though a few small budget films have come up immediately after the death of YSR, they went unnoticed. Infact Puri Jagannadh had earlier declared that he would make a movie on YSR with actor couple Jeevitha and Rajasekhar but that never happened. Yet another film in which Bramhanandam played a key role, Y S Rajasekhara Reddy himself acted and did a role. This film was produced by C C Reddy the chairman of Visu consultants and the relative of YSR. But that movie never released. C C Reddy announced that since he is devasted and sad after YSR's death, he can't make this film anymore.
We are yet to see if this film will make any impact and if it will see the light of the day at all.
