Eenadu Ramoji Appeals to High Court to Stop CBI Probe

                                           

Eenadu Group Chairman Ramoji Rao, today appealed to High Court to stay the CBI probe against into his alleged disproportionate assets.

He filed this petition on behalf of Usodaya Enterprises.

Eenadu Group Chairman Ramoji Rao is one of the prime accused in disproportionate assets case filed by YSR Congress Party MLA Smt.Vijayamma on Telugu Desam Party Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his associates.

Earlier, the Supreme Court has refused to stay the CBI probe against into alleged disproportionate assets of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Chandrababu’s Son Lokesh, Ramoji Rao, Sujana Chowdry , NTR Memorial Trust, CM Ramesh, Kakinada Port Venkateswara Rao.
